Very Good

Breakfast, location, and room was great, it is on a pretty busy road so thats a bit scary to cross, but it is very easy to get a taxi from. Also located underneath a convenience store and some restaurants. Staff are very friendly and eager to help out, thank you Binh!

Nothing major to complain about. The free wifi was a little temperamental at times but reconnected very quickly and was overall very fast.

Polite and prompt service at check in. Rooms were clean.

We had strong smell of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night even though it was non smoking section. Not sure if it came through the AC or something.

Great stay near airport!

Incredibly comfortable and very convenient to get to and from the airport. We had dinner at the bar lounge and the food was outstanding. The pool was great and the staff incredibly accommodating.

Happy with the choice

The hotel has a smart way of organising things in the room. All the facilities are good for a night before flying out.

The busy street that the hotel is located on. When we arrived, there was a big event going on with a bank that we could not find any concierge person to help guiding us where to go. And the shuttle bus to airport in the morning is just either at 6.30 or 10.15

Very nice to front desk staffs with hospitality and F&B entrance staff also very kindly services.

I really like to eat for fresh breads and convenience stay to use for blanket with phillow. Really feel like home away from home. Excellent hotel.

Exceptional

The breakfast was amazing plus all the staff who ran it were exceptional and they couldn’t of been more accommodating with our two year old son who can be a little troublesome at times! They were very helpful and friendly and the food was amazing better then the all you can eat breakfast I’ve had in similar hotels back in the Uk and Australia, with a wide variety of both western and Asian options had the best fry up with hash browns bacon beans and choice of eggs. The gym was also amazing brand new and plenty of options to do a full workout, The prices on drinks and food in the bar and room service were a little expensive for Vietnam but that’s the only negative I found everything else you couldn’t fault and would definately stay there again if I need to be close to the airport for an early morning flight.
